RIVETING FROM START TO FINISH…
Verna’s and her children’s lives changed forever when her husband was arrested for a kidnapping and sentenced to eleven years jail. Contemplating leaving Paul, she had a Damascus Road experience that turned her life around. Her encounters with God as she followed her husband from prison to prison can only be described as miraculous and astonishing, ranging from bountiful provision and protection to stepping into God’s greater glory and love. While visiting prisons, Verna realised that the families of prisoners were also serving their own invisible sentences outside the prison wire.
